CHASE2106 PRIVACY POLICY Effective date: August 31, 2026 CHASE2106 ("CHASE2106," "we," "us," or "our") is a season-long NFL strategy game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it is handled, and the choices available to you. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Account and profile information We collect your email address, first and last name, screen name, and an internal account identifier. Gameplay information We collect weekly running back selections, bye selections, selection timestamps, rushing-yard results associated with your selections, season totals, standings, and related game records. Chat and community information We collect chat messages, reactions, message-read state, reports, and blocked-player choices. Account and service records We maintain authentication and account timestamps and other records reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide gameplay, scoring, standings, profiles, and chat; enforce weekly selection and lock rules; send account and verification emails; prevent abuse and support moderation; maintain security; troubleshoot problems; and operate and improve CHASE2106. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED We do not sell personal information and we do not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We use service providers that help us operate CHASE2106. These include Supabase for authentication, database, realtime, and backend services, and Resend for transactional account email. CHASE2106 also uses Sportradar as a source of NFL game and player data; ordinary CHASE2106 account and profile information is not provided to Sportradar for advertising. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our rights. CHAT AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT Messages and reactions you post in CHASE2106 chat may be visible to other players in the applicable game community. CHASE2106 includes tools to report messages and block players. Report information may be reviewed for moderation and safety purposes. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate CHASE2106, maintain game records, provide support and safety functions, and meet legitimate legal or security needs. You can permanently delete your CHASE2106 account from within the app using the Delete Account option. Account deletion removes the account and associated CHASE2106 game data from our active service, subject to any limited retention that may be required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or backup processes. YOUR CHOICES You can edit available profile information in the app, block players in chat, report inappropriate messages, sign out, or permanently delete your account. SECURITY We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect CHASE2106 information. No system can guarantee absolute security. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy as CHASE2106 changes.
